Development of Change Competence
In cooperation with the ICO - Institute for Coaching and Organizational Consulting - we work with you in the certified training "Systemic Organizational Consulting & Change Management" on a clear view of change processes in organizations.
You will receive a treasure trove of practical methods and tools and gain a deep understanding of organizations, dynamics in change processes and micro-political power games. You will develop your self-efficacy as a consultant.

Practitioners who bear internal responsibility in organizations or advise them, e.g. managers, executives, staff unit owners, project managers, HR managers, personnel developers, organizational developers and change agents as well as external consultants.

Professionalization of your way of working within the organizational context, especially with regard to internal or external advice on change projects.
Expansion of your diagnostic skills and your intervention repertoire.
Get to know and use specific tools suitable for your own questions.
Dealing with change theories and models that have proven helpful in understanding organizational dynamics.
Further development of your own intervention and consulting style, reflection on your underlying attitude and actions as well as sharpening your position and the goals of your work context.

Certification by the „Qualitätsring Coaching und
Consulting“ (QRC)
Maximum number of participants: 14 persons (minimum number: 8)
At least 3 different change experts as trainers
